he's hanging lifeless...what a waste

Actor Park Young Ha(32) know for roles in Winder Sonata,Men’s Story,On Aire was found hanging lifeless from a cell phone charging cable in his own home.

At 0:45 am(military time) Park Young Ha was attending to his father care.Massaging his lags and back who is suffering stomach cancer.Park Young Ha was repeating I am sorry to his father and family members.Patk was later found in his residence and pronounce dead.Details of his death is still unclear.

I understand what Park Young ha was going through but I made the right choice.Please don’t judge this man harshly but understand that depression is a constant battle.There is no cure for it just a will to deal and survive the darkest of days.I encourage anyone who is reading this..

if you to suffer depression GET HELP.Don’t be ashamed,don’t be afraid to speak whats on your mind.If you’re having suicidal thoughts and performing self-mutilation GET HELP. Don’t allow this to take you over.You deserve to live a happy health life and death IS NOT the only option.Speak to friend,a love one,someone,ANYONE but don’t allow depression to rule your life.

pagi nie aku
bangun agak lewat,sebab tadi bangun sahur tuk posa...
so lepas ja bangun tadi,tanpa aku basuh muka,gosok gigi terus aku
bukak laptop....dalam keadaan mamai tu..sambil tggu fb webpage nak kuar
tetiba aku terdengar lagu maher zain dari umah sebelah.......damai je.....
dan aku baru teringat aku dah lama x dgr lagu nie.....video dia xde dlm simpan laptop nie..ade dlm laptop lg satu..kalu korg rajen leh la bukak dia ponya MV dalam youtube
